Feelin' The Blues Today....

.............and the wind...and the rain....and just feelin' mighty low.
This is today in the backyard.....

This was yesterday........

I had high hopes for the weekend...I really thought that we would get the new trees in for Palm Sunday.

However, the best laid plans of mice and men......or cats and dogs in this case, since they are falling from the sky! There are two of them on the ground in the background......all black already from the mud ;o)

We can't be blue here though for long... with Blue Monday upon us...
we have a winner.....
Guess who it is...( gotta love the random generator...even with a mall group it sure does come in handy!)
SNAZZI JAZZI......come on down lady and claim your prize!
Email me your mailing addy ( the snail mail ) and before you know it, you will have a little Spring in your mailbox ( to go with the Spring in your step ;o)

It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring....

Well they say that April showers bring May flowers ~ indeed they do...they also bring back our little migrating mallards. We have a sweet pair that comes back every year, right before Mother's Day. I thought I saw them do a fly over today....must be checking out the garden to see what we have planted for them this year!
