Well here we are into week #2 on Chincoteague........and the for those of you who have long pondered the question

"Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road?"
 


 


It was not to get to the other side, but to get away from the black squirrel!


 


Have you ever seen one of these before?

 



Imagine that......not a horse of a different color, but a SQUIRREL....
Poor little hen hiding from it no doubt...I didn't think they allowed them in Chicken City!!!!!

Well we covered a lot of territory today.....bright and early it will be time to do head downtown to do a little window shopping ;o) I think that this little guy may have a new home after tomorrow....hope you all are enjoying the trip with me!

  3. I PROMISE...I did not KNOW there was even such a thing as a BLACK squirrel....

    I'm constantly AMAZED at just WHAT I find out here in Blogland. What did I ever do without this amazing place?

  9. What a wonderful trip you're having! I've never seen a black squirrel either. Maybe it's an endangered species! I would have run too if I'd been that chicken. Chicken City? LOL Have lots of more fun girlfriend.
