Often times we tend overlook the simple pleasures in life...
....the natural beauty that is all around us....
........joy that is always close by...
......a visit from an acquaintance......
.........an opportunity to take in a moment of peace.....
....if we pay close attention.....
......we will see that God's love is all around us...
..sometimes we just have to look even closer.....
.....No matter what...His love is always present.......we just need to be quiet..and listen...

ReplyDeleteI just came in from taking pics of some of my first blooms. Your photos are beautiful and so is the post to go with them!! I recognize all the varieties of birds except the speckled one on the bird bath.

They take over every year around March-April...the one in the picture is an interloper...LOL
They come in like a band of unruly tourists with attitudes and claim the feeders..for now...when the grey catbird pair we have returns, they will be "outta town"....

ReplyDeleteTiey are all taken in my yard ( front and back)..Heather they must be on a direct pather from your yard to mine ( and vice vera ;o)
I take most of the pix from the den where I have a beautiful view of the yard ( when the flooding isn't there!
