In Memory Of Our Bonnie BlueBelle

 

How hard to believe that it was two years ago today that our Bonnie Girl crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
We will always love her........always admire her fighting spirit...even 'til the end Bonnie was determined to have it "her" way.
Our BlueBelle gave us four beautiful puppies.....no finer mother at such a young age. We will always remember her eyes, her "Scottie Smile".
We called her the little "devil dog".......NO ONE could have the last word with our girl....and we secretly were oh so proud of her.
After Bonnie left, I wanted to find the right words to express our feelings. I found these from Handel's Semele:

A rare item in our home in that it works! Imagine, not only do we have windows that open and close now..we NOW have a range that will cook food when turned on ;o)

A Puppy Outing Day In Ocean Grove

Okay here are me, Ma, and Pa in Ocean Grove, for our first family outing! Ma and Pa wanted to buy a home there but couldn't find the right one...maybe one day, but until then, it's only a hop, skip and a jump from where we live( and I did a lot of that when we were there!!!)

 

We had lunch at the Raspberry Cafe......

 

Ma and Pa have been going there 4-ever!

 

The lady there said that I was adorable and gave me a cookie, while ma had some weird Gorgonzola cheese and pear sandwich..........YUK!Pa had a burger and gave me a little though....too cool!

 

Ma had to take me EVERYWHERE. Every store, where they had what Ma said were "collectibles"
Humph! Look at that....Scottie Dogs don't DUMP! We eliminate in the proper environment!

 

Time for another food break....here we are at the Barbaric Bean.......how cool can one trip be?

 

I even got to try out a new way to travel in style....look...I got me some wheels!

 

Hey wait a minute...slow this thing down a bit!

 

MMMMMMM......I think I smell another eatery...yup...the Ocean Grove Bake Shoppe.....and look how they cater to canines!

 

Ma had to hold me back or I would have eaten my way through that place!

He's sticking his tongue out at me! How RUDE can one critter be?

Yikez! I think it saw me...better lay low for a bit!

 

Hey look over there....PINK TENTS!!! I never thought that there would be this much pink!

They open them up for the Summer every year and people come from all over for what Ma & Pa said was a retreat.

 

Maybe I had better check it out....I mean if they are giving ANY kind of "treats"..re-treats gotta be just like dog treats!

 

Ma was talkin' about something called a concert all day....Ma said it was the first one of the season at the Great Auditorium and we had to go to it....I dunno about all that jazz....

 

Ma wanted to go inside but me and Pa wanted to just relax on the bench and snooze...

 

ZZZZZZZZZ.....come on Pa, tell Ma we wanna go home. This was a long day for a little puppy like me...even if everyone DID say I was adorable.

MMMMMMMMMM...Doggie Ice Cream!

Boy I REALLY like this doggie ice cream!
Who woulda thought that they'd come up with a hot weather treat for canines?

 

Ma bought the ice cream for me & my big brother....

 

I don't think he'll mind if I eat it all..after all I'm a growing puppy.......and I am TOO CUTE in my sailor girl outfit...don't you all think???

uh-oh...caught with my paws right in the middle of a sticky situation....could be more doggie jail time for me...watch me pull this off....I'd better seal the box up again...

Takin' A Break.................

We're takin' a break 'til after the Holiday weekend...gotta have a little bonding time ( and winding down time for everybody ;o)
